Who is KxngScotty SA ?
Katlego well known as KxngScotty SA (19) is a local up and coming artist that grew up in a small kasi, Hospital View, Tembisa.
KxngScotty’s music journey started in the 6th grade where he was rapping and doing freestyles at corners under streetlights with friends for the fun of it as they battled one another. After hearing all the good feedback from everyone around him, including the people he didn’t know back then, made him realize that this is what he wants to do, become an artist. Which is eventually starting to turn into the dream he’s living now. He then took part in talent shows and freestyle hype shows and he kept getting feedback from the people around him, good and bad (Bad meaning, people told him what he needs to work on and so forth) and he took in all the criticism and put it in his music.
KxngScotty has been rejected from a couple of artists, but that has never stopped him doing what he loves the most, music. Being rejected motivated him to do better. He has recently collaborated with an artist that goes by the name of Chemirobinson and they’ll be releasing a new song titled Chankora (which means money) soon.
