JEAN CROSSING CENTRE RECOGNIZED AS SUBWAY WINS SHOPPERS EXPERIENCE AWARD.
Just a few weeks after the launch of Subway franchise in Jean crossing, the customer review panel of #Shoppersexperience were at the centre to perform a customer experience survey.
Subway is an international franchise that sells healthy submarine sandwich with a franchise chain of more than 44,000 locations around the world. The franchise recently extended its market to South Africa and Subway Jean crossing is one of the first franchise, serving the east of Pretoria.
The survey group went from shop to shop reviewing the service customers received as well as the complaints channel available. Subway did not take the review lightly and assisted in every aspect of the process as well as allowing the review team to get opinions from the customers at the franchise.
“I love the amazing service and the great attitude of the workers and especially the manager who relates with us on a regular basis to ensure we are happy” says Marie Stopes, one of the customers at the franchise.
Many of the stores that were reviewed at the centre were not too excited about the routine review due to the poorly detailed or no complaints system in place for consumers.
The review result was well received and appreciated by the business and economic development of the Department of trade and industry as well as the mayoral office of the city of Tshwane. As the award for the best customer service was handed to the manager of Subway for their innumerable contribution to good customer ethics and to appreciate the dedicated team of service executives.
The award is considered a creditable achievement by Subway Jean crossing as this is a positive drive for Jean crossing centre. Considering the centre has had a few criticism for security flaws, poor customer service and a poor competing atmosphere due to the numbers of food franchise at the centre.
The award does not only come as a credit to the contribution of Subway Jean crossing to good customer service but also gave credit to the centre for effecting the changes that were highlighted in the review analysis.
Subway jean crossing is still serving subs to the centurion and eastern submarine sandwich lovers on a daily basis.
The manager, Yves Sebangezi says, “It is always a great feeling to see the smiles on the faces of the customers that we served at this centre on a daily basis”.
The business and economic development executives of the Department of trade and industry used the award initiative as well as the many recipients as a motivational scope to encourage other organizations to emulate a good service relationship with the consumers. The department also believes the initiative would gear good competition and an equitable service by service providers.
